Sunshine druzy
Sunshine Druzy is the glittering effect of tiny crystals coated over the fine rock cracked surface. When silica dissolved water enters the porous area of the rock, hasty cooling occurs which cause the formation of the tiny crystals on the surface and in the cavities of the rock. The shiny crystals formed are known as Sunshine Druzy. These glowing quartz gemstones grow slowly over millions of years and are found in a plate-like form, the very last layer of growth on agate, calcite, dolomite or another colorful base like malachite.
