Where is Sugilite found?
Sugilite was first discovered in 1944, by a Japanese geologist, in Iwaki Islet, Japan. It is found in the similar environment and atmosphere in other places, like Liguria and Tuscany in Italy, India, Northern Cape Province of South Africa; Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada; and New South Wales in Australia.
